PashX provides Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS services to its clients for business communication purposes. By using our SMS services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of PashX SMS services.

You must ensure that all SMS communication complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-spam laws, data protection regulations, and telecommunication standards in the regions where messages are sent or received.


. Use of Services

Permitted Usage:

•SMS services must be used for legitimate business purposes, such as marketing campaigns, customer notifications, or transactional alerts.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all recipients have provided prior consent to receive SMS communications.

Prohibited Usage:
•Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or fraudulent content.

•Transmitting prohibited content, including but not limited to illegal, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material.

•Using SMS services for phishing, hacking, or other malicious activities.

• The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

for U.S.-based recipients.

• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

for EU-based recipients.

•Any applicable local laws governing SMS communications.

PashX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if regulatory compliance is violated.

•PashX collects minimal data necessary to facilitate SMS services, including recipient phone numbers and message content.

•You are responsible for obtaining and managing consent from recipients.

Delivery and Reliability

b.Responsibility for Content:

PashX is not responsible for the content of messages sent through its platform. All message content is the sole responsibility of the client.
Limitation of Liability

PashX is not liable for:

Losses caused by service interruptions or technical failures.

•Legal consequences arising from the use of SMS services.

•Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service usage.
