Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing crm.pashx.com or using PashX CRM services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Service Description

PashX CRM is a cloud-based CRM and business management platform for retail and trading companies, including Sales & Billing, Inventory & Procurement, CRM & Customer Management, and Finance & Compliance modules with ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing.

3. Free Trial

  • 7-day free trial, no credit card required
  • Full access to subscribed modules during trial
  • Trial data may be retained for 30 days after trial ends
  • PashX reserves the right to modify or terminate trial offers at any time

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Standard: SAR 99/user/month — Sales & Billing + Inventory suites
  • Professional: SAR 150/user/month — All 4 suites
  • Enterprise: SAR 500/month flat — Unlimited users
  • Annual billing: 2 months free
  • Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime with no penalty.
  • Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee on first payment for new subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose under Saudi Arabian law
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
  • Resell or sublicense access without written permission
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content
  • Use the AI assistant to generate harmful, false, or deceptive content

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into PashX CRM. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties. Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, data may be deleted.

7. ZATCA Compliance

PashX CRM supports ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing requirements. However, compliance with ZATCA remains the responsibility of your business. PashX provides the technical tools; you are responsible for accurate data entry and timely submission per ZATCA regulations.

8. Uptime & Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Vercel, Anthropic, ZATCA portal) or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, PashX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, AI models, and branding are the property of PashX. Nothing in these Terms transfers IP ownership to you. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written consent.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and data export rights apply per Section 6.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or through arbitration as agreed by both parties.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with 14 days' notice via email or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
